ACLU Releases Police Misconduct App

A byproduct of the Michael Brown shooting, the American Civil Liberties Union develops an APP. It’s designed to help document police misconduct. It’s called Mobile Justice, and it lets users send video to ACLU servers that cannot be deleted, destroyed or stolen. Jeffrey Mittman is the Executive Director of the Missouri branch of the ACLU. He acknowledges that many police officers do perform their jobs properly, but he says, “there are officers that harass, humiliate and violate the Constitutional rights and civil liberties of Americans.”
