On October 9th, 2015 a group of citizens from the Cattaraugus County area of New York gathered for a protest outside of Buffalo City Hall in close proximity to the 8th Judicial District headquarters of Western New York. They gathered to protest the corruption occurring in Cattaraugus County, specifically the District Attorney’s Office and DA Lori P Rieman and ADA William Preston Marshall, as well as the County Court Clerk’s Office and the Rights of all New Yorker’s when they are called to Jury Duty or Grand Jury Duty…. Here is an individual by the name of John Burrell who is the Town Supervisor of Ellicottville New York putting your children’s lives at stake. He believes he is above the law and can break it anytime he pleases, just like the Cattaraugus County DA Lori Rieman and her sidekick William Preston Marshall who caused the 4 million dollar lawsuit against the county that we the taxpayers are flipping the bill for. The arrogance of some public officials.
This is what happens in Cattaraugus County when you have an out of control District Attorney who cares more about making money, covering up the crimes of other Cattaraugus County Employees and engaging in personal vendetta’s then going after real criminals. Need proof? Continue reading
While the Cattaraugus County Court Clerks Office is a den of lairs and thief’s, the latest evidence will clearly show that many individuals within the District Attorney’s Office of Cattaraugus County New York are in need of a mental exam. This is no joke, almost all of the Attorney’s there have displayed a serious lack of mental reasoning ability by their complete disregard to abide by the law. It is so bad in fact that in a four million dollar lawsuit filed by one of their victims the lawsuit contends that Cattaraugus County is accused of being negligent in the hiring of the aforesaid agents, servants and/or employees in that they knew, or in the exercise of reasonable care should have known, that said agents, servants and/or employee’s, did not possess the temperament and psychological makeup to properly carry out their duties as responsible government officials. You can’t make this stuff up folks… Continue reading
On October 6th, 2015 a small group of citizens who are exposing the vast corruption emanating from the completely corrupt Cattaraugus County New York District Attorneys Office protested in front of the Olean City Building. When they first arrived they were met by a Captain of the Olean Police Department who was, for the most part very cordial. He started off with the fact that the protesters were allowed to protest, which unlike a sheriffs deputy (when the group first started protesting) stated the group was not allowed to protest on public property, the Olean Officer and the protester laid out the rules in which they were to follow, which was reasonable for the most part, except for one issue and it dealt with his interpretation versus the protesters. Colin Quigley (XXX-XXX-XXXX), an assistant probation officer, lied directly to a probationer after the probationer successfully completed a three year probation term based on fraudulent documents created by the corrupt Cattaraugus County DA’s Office (Article 1 – Article 2 – Article 3) as well as the corrupt County Chief Court Clerks Office.
When you are exposing the criminal nature of corrupt county employees you will discover their main defense is “we/they made a mistake” in their attempt to cover up their crimes. Once is understandable, but when the “mistakes” multiply into hundreds and can be linked to “mistakes” of other corrupt employees who have an interest in the same case, all of which denies a citizen their rights, sorry, that is called a pattern and practice and is also defined as racketeering and organized corruption (RICO) and Colin Quigley is part of the problem that is leading to another lawsuit by the same individual who is now suing District Attorney for 3 million and the county for 1 million. These other events that took place outside of the events of that caused the first lawsuit.
If he is your “probation officer” (and we use that term loosely) make sure you document everything, every time you talk to him over the phone or in person and back it up with a follow up e-mail or text repeating the content of the conversation. This will help keep him ‘honest’ (or at least attempt to).
