Cattaraugus County New York Court Clerk Claims it is Illegal to Document Corruption & Crime

On April 22nd, 2015, on, or about 10:15 AM a Pro-se litigant  involuntarily visited the Cattaraugus County Court Clerk’s Office on the second floor of the county building to review file that concerned his issue. The Pro-se is another victim of Lori Riemans corruption and her criminal activity. The purpose of the visit was the change of venue issues that were occurring in his case. Poll: NY leads nation in corruption. New York is No. 1 — in corruption, a national poll found.

A poll released Thursday by Monmouth University found that 12 percent of U.S. voters thought New York leads the nation with the most political corruption, edging out California at 11 percent and Illinois at 9 percent. New Jersey ranked fourth at 5 percent.

“When it comes to political corruption, it seems the entire country is in a New York state of mind,” said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute in West Long Branch, N.J., said in a statement.

Former Mayor of Spring Valley Found Guilty in Federal Court of Bribery, Extortion, and Fraud Charges

Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that former Spring Valley Mayor NORAMIE JASMIN was found guilty in federal court today of engaging in a bribery scheme in which she negotiated a 50 percent stake for herself in a development company and $5,000 cash in exchange for her use of her office to obtain land and various government approvals to construct a community center in Spring Valley. She was convicted after a one week bench trial before U.S. District Judge Colleen McMahon.
